Help! Error Message when pasting from another workbook

Please help. I copy from one workbook and paste into another. Instead of pasting the data it pastes the text "Command disabled cannot print the screen."

Has anyone ever encountered this? How do I fix it?

I imagine there's a macro somewhere that's preventing the paste operation.

Possibly, but it only occurs occasionally. If I do a full shutdown of the computer and restart, it will operate normally again. Every couple of days though, it will revert back to the error...

ok, now the issue is happening in all of MS Office (pasting from Outlook to Word)

What other applications do you have running?

internet explorer, outlook, word, and excel

And any Add-Ins or Add-Ons for those applications?

problem solved. A training program run in internet explorer disabeled copy paste. All set.

Can you tell me specifically how you solved this problem, I am getting the same error message now and can't seem to figure out a solution..
