So you're beginning to use a computer. You're asking for me to basically do your assignment. That wouldn't be much help if I did because rather than me giving you the answer, you need to learn how to go about figuring something out when you don't know. I will add the comment that I spend an awful lot of my time trying to answer questions I don't know the answer to, and it's a basic technique that you are just have to learn.

The first place to go is get the telephone number for techncal support for your computer system. Then you need to tell them in a way that they will understand what it is that you need to know.
