Ok. I"m not sure an index match can even do what i'm wanting. butt.....
I have a top 10 i'll display what i'm working with below.
My issue as you can see with shortages is if i have two people -3.50 there should be two different names showing up. however i get the same name. So i googled and found a solution which is on the very right
In column Ba i use =AX149+ROW()/100000000 to get distint numbers.
However THOSE are not the values that the employees got. the employees got -3.50 etc.. (looking at shortages)..
So question is... how can i index match the accurate shortage -3.50 but then when displaying their name match the name to the unique value?
I guess i just dont know how to use the information i have now .. in order to still not get duplicate names. (even though no i have a column of unique values)...
Any ideas ?
Thanks!!
