help finding something

I am trying to find a product that you can write tips or keystrokes on and place over the keyboard. it is cut out to fit over keyboard and had tips about things on it

I am looking for one for excel and one to make a custom one.

Not sure what they are called. i have tried overlay and inlay

most of time are made of plastic
