Hey guys,

What I have is a book with 2 sheets. sheet is called report sheet 2 is called raw data (this sheet has alot more columns/rows than whats in the example book).
The sheet with raw data will update every couple of days with new data. what I need to do is somehow make excel look through column O or P which ever would be easier and if it finds one of the employee numberes/names it needs to copy parts of that row to sheet one.

I would like it to copy the Date, Number and Duration to sheet one under that employees name.

If you look at sheet one I have setup groups for each employee, the data it matches in sheet 2 needs to go into the group for that employee, if they have more than 2 matches I'd like it just to insert a new row and copy the details into the group with the new row.

I really dont know if this is possible but if anyone could help that would be awesome!!

Posted this question in another forum as well but no help so far, link above is for an example of the spreadsheet I'm talking about.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
