Help - Hide/Show Rows

I'm using this code to hide/show rows

Private Sub ToggleButton1_Click()If ToggleButton1.Value = True Then

Rows(22).EntireRow.Hidden = True
Else
'This area contains the things you want to happen
'when the toggle button is depressed
Rows(22).EntireRow.Hidden = False

End Sub

Is there any other way, without code or something easier?

Right-click the row number(s) and choose hide.
