I am going to begin managing a 45 unit rental complex and the books are a mess.
I need help with two formulas:
First I need a formula to carry any balance of rent left unpaid above 0 on the first of the month over and add it to the current months rent.
Second I need a formula that will if there is a balance unpaid on the 5th of the month add an additional $25 late fee and an additional fee of $5 each day up to a total of $50 in rental late fees. On the fifth $25, On the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth $5 each day.
