Help in conditional formating

hi,

I have this data in A1 (its a name which keeps on changing on real time basis) and i have a set of data in B1:B10 where there are 10 names which change after every 10 min i think.So the question is i want a conditional formatting in A1 that if that name matches any of the 10 names in the B1:B10 then if should turn green in colour .So for that whats the formula i put in the conditonal formating in new rules.

Please help

Use this as your conditional formula for A1
=countif($b$1:$b$10,$a$1)>0
