help library for excell vba

hello there,

i've purchased student version of office 2013 and in the visual basic editor when i'm pressing on question mark icon or F1
it opens up a help web page of microsoft. this is not what i want, i prefer to use the help library whice was opened when
i used office 2010.

does anyone know how to do it?
