Is there any command that can extract the genre in one other column and makes it man or woman?!

I would believe it should work fine there as well, but I do not have 2010 to test that, but I would find it highly unlikely that it won't work there.

Is it always returning Man or Woman?

I don't see any problems with the formula and all the functions should be available in 2010.

What about:

=IF(countif(a1,"*woman*"),"woman","man")

But this does assume that each cell always contains man or woman, otherwise you will need another if statement in there.
