I’ve been trying to work out a formula for the past two hours and have failed miserably! I wondered if anyone here could help?
I know it’s an ‘If’ function but I can’t get it just right.
It’s to do with a monthly bonus structure for work.
70-80% of target and I get £350
81-96% of target and I get £400
96% + and I get £500
For example if I hit 85% then I’d like £400 to show in the cell etc. The formula I had seems to show the £350 and £400, which is wrong as I’d only get one bonus, depending on percentage hit.
