Help needed, replacing delete row function

I have an excel application in which i want de prevent users from deleting entire rows. Because when they do that the references in other sheets go bad.
So i would want to replace the function of the context menu 'Delete' and 'edit - delete' from delete to clear contents.

how can I do that?

You might also rethink how your formulas/references work in order to minimize the effort of users deleting rows. Some tricks include naming ranges, using INDIRECT and OFFSET.
