Help Needed to find working Date Backwards

Hi!

Is there any formula in excel using which I can find the date of few WORKING DAY back?

Say for example, if today's date is 15.07.2011, and I need the date of the day which was 10 working day back, the formula should show me 01.07.2011.

If I need date back of 3 working day, it will show 12.07.2011, and so on.
