Help on excel problem

Hello everybody,

I am using Excel 2010 and I was wondering if there was a way to evaluate whether a group of cells on a row had a particular character in it then fill a cell with one string if that was the case and fill it with another otherwise.

To be specific:

I was hoping to have the row of cells evaluated to see if all of them have "y" then have the highlighted cell display an affirmation (i.e. the word "complete"). Thank you for your help. I am also open to any changes.
