Help on IF-formula with 4 statements

In sh2 I have columns D and E with data (turnaround).
With some help from you guys in here, I've calulated the difference, and is showing this as smileys (wingdings) in sh1.
Turnaround: up = red smiley, down = green smiley, unchanged = yellow smiley.
This is done with this IF-formula with 3 statements (works ok):
=IF('sh2'!E2>'sh2'!D2,"L",IF('sh2'!E2<'sh2'!D2,"J",IF('sh2'!E2='sh2'!D2,"K")))

But if the goal at work is to keep the turnaround at under "10", I need to show all readings from column E2, no matter up or down, as "green smiley" as long as they are below this value (statement 4).
In my head this should be someting like this (doesn't work):
=IF('sh2'!E2=<10,"J")ELSE(IF('sh2'!E2>'sh2'!D2,"L",IF('sh2'!E2<'sh2'!D2,"J",IF('sh2'!E2='sh2'!D2,"K"))))

Anyone who know how to make this formula work?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
I would guess it should look like this: IF('sh2'!E2=<10,"J",IF('sh2'!E2>'sh2'!D2,"L",IF('sh2'!E2<'sh2'!D2,"J",IF('sh2'!E2='sh2'!D2,"K"))))
