Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Could you post the worksheet with the larger data set...perhaps a Dropbox link or something similar. Are you trying to keep the data broken out on a state-by-state basis, or are you combining all data for the entire country?
