dear,

i want to sort arange from cell G25 to G45 IN COLUMN D And expand selection for other columns but i want the sorting process to be within the range from g25 to g45 and not affect the cells above and below that range.

second question: i need formula that say if any value (text,number,etc..) is in cell then condition.

thankyou

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
You can sort a specific range by just selecting it and using Data...Sort. Excel may ask if you want to expand the selection but you just say no.

Not sure what you mean by your second question.
