I have a spreadsheet that each row represents a day of the month and the columns represent 15 minute intervals throughout the 24 hour day. The numbers in the cells represent the number of inbound calls received and the number of abandoned calls. The business hours are 08:00 to 17:30 each week day and 08:00 to 16:00 Weekends. Is their a formula that I can use to count inbound calls received\abandoned each day out of hours.
