Help to get the smallest value of a column given the name

I say by extracting the largest, smallest and average columns of certain columns from the database, the problem is in the smallest value, the result appears 0 when there are spaces between the rows, how can I ignore the number 0 and get the smallest value The file was uploaded in the extensions

Example: In Sheet S1 we search for the smallest value found in column F10:F500, provided the name is in Sheet S2 in cell A1, and the result is placed in Sheet B3 in Sheet S2...
