help to maintain Range used

hi master.
i need your help for macro code this ilustration

I use Range A1:A50.
When Range A40:A50 deleted i want insert new row Maximum A50 and if another Cell A delete it will back to previous Range used. Could you give me clue for this Case??

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
