I have a cell (C2) in a spreadsheet that I didn't write that displays as 'Stand Up #1'.

The actual contents of this cell are: =IF(AND(COLUMN()<='Sprint Information'!$B$1+3,'Sprint Information'!$B$1>0),COLUMN()-2,"")

'Sprint Information'!$B$1 contains a number (20 in this case). The numerical value of C2 is '1', but how are the words 'Stand Up #1' appearing in that cell?

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Actually, it looks like it was done just using a format. The cell is fomatted as 'Stand Up#' followed by the figure. I think i've found my answer!
