HELP! (Vlookup a pivot table) driving me nuts!

I have a pivot table that I refresh daily. the columns have store name, category, then item. The problem is I want to use a vlookup to find a specific store, category and item but it displays in tree form. Is thier a way to make it show the store name and category on each line instead of just the top one then blanks beneath it?
