Help Wanted - How to (important)

i have a situation and i need your help. let me describe the scenario for you:
- I have to excel files. the excel no.1 file has columns A,B,C and excel no.2 has columns A,D,E. as you see, the column A is similar in both files but they are not in the same order (for example the row number 2 in Excel No.1 is row number 100 in excel no.2).
How can i consolidate these two files in a third files or page in a manner that it looks the Column A in both files, find the similars and Merge them to a third file or page with Columns A,B,C,D,E.

What I'd do in a situation like this is...

Open both excel files
Create a new excel file
Copy column A from both files into the third
Advance filter the new column A for unique values only
Use VLOOKUP to get B&C from file 1, D&E from file 2.
Copy and paste values.

Voila!
