Im looking for help on the below.

The out come im looking for is that cells J14 to N14 get an X in and anything after that get the false bit in.

Any help is appreciated

try =IF((AND($B$14<=N10,$C$14>=N10)),"X",0)
my assumption here is that a flase bit is a zero, so you should change that to whatever you want.
