Hello.

I'm currently using a pivot chart with multiple stacked colums.

Is it possible to add another piece of data to it? Perhaps in a different format - like a line graph?

If so, does anyone know the best place for me to learn how to do so?

Many thanks.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
You are already in the best place to learn excel.
My favorite place is Mr. Michael Girvins’ channel in youtbue “excelisfun”
Go to YouTube and use the excelisfun keyword and your topic and watch the videos.
He also has a link to his college courses there that is a must have.
Take particular attention to the duel podcast with Mr. Bill Jelen “Mrexcel” they are amazing.
The second source is mrexcel.com You have plenty of smart people here (solutions provided for users under MVP are always interesting) to learn and there are many books here that are a must have. I personally prefer to buy the kindle version so I can search faster for topics.
