Dear Forum members,

I want to do a conditional formatting on the actual date to show if the actual date -planned date is less than or equal to 3, the actual date cell should be green, anything between 4 to 10, it should be yellow and anything more than 10 it should be red. I could not do it. Could you all please help?

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
See if this is what you want.
Notice the order of the rules once set up and the 'Stop if True' settings
