Help with copying cells from one sheet to another

Hi all,

I have a table, Named Table 1 in a worksheet, and the data that has values that run from cells B3 to B17 with the header in cell B2.

This data from table one then needs to be in another table in another workbook, Table 2 but the range this time runs from cell C3 to Q3.

Is there any east way of copying across this information without typing each of the cell references seperately

Select Range B3 to B17. Copy>Select Range C3 to Q3>Edit>Paste Special>Transpose
