Help with COUNTIFS with 2 Conditions

I am trying to use this formula to count the number of cells with the letter C BUT not if cells in E2:E6000 are blank. I selected >0 thinking that would suffice for the blank

COUNTIFS("H2:H60000","C","E2:E60000",">0")

Any help will be very apprecaited

Try changing the formula to this:

=COUNTIFS(H2:H60000,"C",E2:E60000,"<>"&"")
