Somewhat of a newbie - i have multiple workbooks (one for each day) with multiple sheets (one for each employee) that has data (equipment) that is issued and returned on a daily basis. Ideally, I would like to have a master spreadsheet that will be updated automatically with the individual information of the daily workbooks (i.e., employee #, serial #, status {issued or returned} and date). From what I know the consolidate data will not be efficient, manually linking the data would be time consuming and I know very little of VBA or coding. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Any help or ideas would be TRULY appreciated!<o:p></o:p>

Best,<o:p></o:p>

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Why not have one workbook with one sheet containing all days and all employees?

Thought of that as it would be easiest, however we utilize the daily sheet by employee as a "receipt". We still could use a single master and filter out information needed for the "receipt" but that would require resetting the print area every time and unfortuantley time is not our "friend" in this situation.
Thanks
