help with excel worksheet error value!

hi, i have saved my worksheet.xls and now my data inside is set to VALUE!
on every box. is there a fix for this? or can someone please repair this for me
if i send it to you.

Can you give examples of some formulas that return #VALUE!?

i dont understand what you mean? i had data in the worksheet now i saved the file and when i went back to have a look at the file it had VALUE! in all the boxes.

If your worksheet doesn't have any formulas, it won't be possible to recover your data.

That's an rar file not an Excel file.
