I want to use a formula that finds the first blank cell in column H (from the top down) but also isn't equal to blank in column B, then return the contents of the same row in column B. There are 200 rows of data from row 1-200.

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.

Control+shift+enter, not just enter:

=INDEX(B2:B200,MATCH(1,IF(1-(B2:B100=""),IF(H2:H100="",1)),0))
