Help with IF

Hell all!

I'm at a point in my analysis where I have an if statement in column AQ. This statement is looking at column AP first, and if the value is equal to N/A, then I want N/A in column AQ. This part is working just fine. Beyond that if the value if column AP is greater than the value in column AO, I want the value in column AP in column AQ, otherwise I want the value in column AO to be in column AQ. These values are currency.
