I have this code that grabs the chart and makes it a picture as I cycle though the loop

ThisWorkbook.Worksheets("DisplayTable").ChartObjects("RegionChart").Chart.Export Filename:=ThisWorkbook.Path & "\chart" & PicNum & ".png"
Picture1 = "<p><img src=cid:" & "chart" & PicNum & ".png /img></p>"

I need to then grab the picture and insert it into the body of an email
EmailInsight = EmailInsight & MeasureName & Picture1 & RegionInsight & MarketInsight

Using this code is what I create the email with
On Error Resume Next
With OutlookMessage
.To = ""
.CC = ""
.BCC = ""
.Subject = "Daily Results"
'.Body = "Please find the attached deck."
.HTMLBody = EmailHeader & EmailHeader2 & EmailInsight

All I get is the same picture repeating each time through the loop

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
