Help with lines on an excel 2003 chart

I have an excel chart that I have drawn lines in. The only problem is that I can not make the top and bottom of the lines look like a "T" shape. Can anyone help me with this???? I can get the little diamond shapes and the arrows, but no "T" shapes. I am using excel 2003.

That is exactly what I need them to look like, but they are drawn in instead of part of a data series. ?
