Help with macro and drop down box

I have never worked with drop down boxes so i need some help, i am wanting to make 2 drop down boxes, the first with number 1-28 the second 1-12. What they will represent is feet and inches. Then i want to take the selection say if we made it 1ft 6 inches and have it multiply time cell number a7. And in cell b10 it will shown the price.

Any help with how to do this

Assuming you are using data validation boxes, yes?

A7 contains the price per foot, yes?

Assuming Feet in A1 and Inches in A2

A10: = (A1+(a2/12))*A7
