Good day. I have a workbook running in Excel 2003 that contains 12 worksheets, all formatted exactly the same. Five Columns and 250 Rows per worksheet. When I print out one worksheet, it wants to print 14 pages, most of which are blank as the worksheets are not full. the Page Format is set to Landscape.

Is there a way to print only the Rows with data? I know I can select as many Rows as have data and then use Print by Selection, but the user is not that experienced.

As always, thank you for any help.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
I would use a Count to see how far the print area needs to extend, then use this to define the print area.

In the name manager, use something like;

=Sheet1!$A$1:OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,Sheet1!$B$1,3)

Assuming area starts at A1.

B1 is the Rows down and the 3 is the columns across. (although this could be based on a Count also.

Good day Poolhall. Thank you for responding. Sometimes when I explain my problem, I don't get all of the necessary data correct. You solution of creating a Print Area is a function that I know about, but it would require that the user delete and recreate the Print Area each time data is added to a worksheet. I was looking for something that would do that for the user in the background.

Thanks, Dan...
