tring to use rank formula but cant figure out how to break ties using birthday month and year?

using =RANK(BM5,BM$5:BM$999,1) to get rank but need to a birthday month and day to brake ties?

can you help plese
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
here is screen shot of data and rank formula used on this sample is =RANK(C5,C$5:C$976,1)
