Such a simple problem is driving me crazy,

I have cell A1 and B1 with times, I'm trying to do this

=A1&TEXT(" - ")&B1, 12:20 - 12:45, but I keep getting it in 0.###, even after I changed the cell formatting to time.

Am I missing something?

Try something like this...

=TEXT(A1,"h:mm")&" - "&TEXT(B1,"h:mm")
