I seem to be having problems with creating a 2 line axis graph. I have 3 data lines that need to show values ranging between 5000 and 20000 and 3 data lines that show percentages. It seems that I can only manage 1 data line withq whole numbers and 1 data line with percentages. Am I doing something wrong ?

I am using 2003

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
You are probably not doing anything wrong.

However, the problem may be that you are trying to graph a really really small number % along with really really big numbers.

Therefore, the % line only shows up as being a straight line along the xaxis.

One option is to move it to the Secondary Axis.

What version of Excel are you using?
