I need a formula that says something like: IF(O16>40(O16,Q16-O16)) and if )16<40+0 Does any one have any suggestions

The formula is inserted in U16.

I think your looking for the below

=if(and(o16>=40),(put your sum here),if(and(o16<40),(put your sum here),0))

Put the relevent sums in

I want the sum to be whatever number the formula returns < or > 40. What wouid i put in to get to do that? Thanks
