I need help figuring out a formula to orginize my patients information. I have 24 patients that have hemoglobins (these numbers are not percents). I need to calculate the percentage that is <10, the % of pt's 11-12, and the % of pt's that are >13. I have to do this each month and I thought it would be great to do it this way! Can anyone help with this? I need it by Tuesday!

Ive got that much done, how do I make it into a percent? I tried /COUNT(F4:F25) but it came up with an error.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Use COUNTA for text:

=COUNTIF(F4:F25,"Fistula")/COUNTA(F24:F25)

or maybe:

=COUNTIF(F4:F25,"Fistula")/ROWS(F25:F25)
