I need help the with analysis i have a report with list of patients, medication, qtuantities and day supply i want to patient should be charge $70 a day up to two medications i need help writing the formula to calculate this

so the John Doe for 01/01/2011 it should charge 70*30=210 an on 01/29/2011 it should be $70 (for ABC & XYZ), 70*4= 280 for ABC
