I have a spreadsheet which pulls information from a data source and requires a user to add comments beside this data. Obviously the data needs to be refreshed periodically and some lines will be added or deleted and most will move. This then means the comments no longer are on the correct line. is there a way to link the cells with the comments so that they mirror the actions applied to the live data. any help would be appreciated even if it is to tell me that that this is not possible.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Thanks for the reply but unfortunately, I need the comments entered by the user to populate cells in another sheet which is printed out.
