don't know if i need code or a macro, tried conditional formatting..... particular set of cells which describe weather conditions for a daily report, all i want to do is to pick a cell with a type of weather condition and it highlights a chosen cell, any takers??

Weather - Select from below
Showers	Light winds	Fog
Light Rain	High Winds	Sunny
Heavy Rain	Extreme Heat	Storm Activity
Did not affect work	Slowed Work	Stopped Work
