Hide Column and Row bars

How can I use VBA to hide the row and column bars so that the user cannot format the size of the rows and columns? I also need to know how to restore them when they exit the worksheet.

Excellent Thank you! Is there an easy way to display the excel window over the Windows task bar at the bottom so that all you see is the windows cells?
