Hide Column from certin users

I know how to password protect a excel doc which is what i have now, but the second part i need is, when the user opens up the sheet information is displayed but if the user enters another password more information is displayed.

I am new to excel, just a FYI..

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Welcome to the board.

I'm thinking you'd need visual basic to achieve this, which is of limited use for security, since it can be easily overridden when the file is opened.
