Hide Columns based on text within a range

Hi

As it says on title - would like to hide columns I:K if the text 'X' appears in any cell in Column C.

I need the code to work 'live', as opposed to the user activating the macro so would imagine the code would use (?)

Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
