Hide Formula value while copying to other cells

Hi,
I am working with Excel-2003.
While dragging the formula of a row to below, the rows will show a default vaule of the formula, especially in case of dates.
e.g A1=1-feb-11 and B1=A1+15 i.e 16-feb-11. Now, when dragged to B2, it will show 15-Jan-00; and when u delete it, the formula also got deleted.

How can I hide 15-Jan-00, and make cell blank, while formula A2+15 is still active?

..i've searched many related threads, but it did'nt helped!
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
