hide Table Tools in Ribbon?

Hi all,

I am working on a dictator application which has only one tab in the ribbon (startFromScratch="true"). But every time the activecell is within a table (listobject) the Table Tools "tab" shows up. Is it possible to keep the Table Tools hidden?
