To Prevent the users to view the database designs, in Access 2003, I was able to uncheck the features from Tools--> Starup . <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
<o></o>
In Access 2007 and 2010, I unchecked the features as listed below in the Application Options from File--> Option-->Current Database. However, the user can see the Privacy Options to modify the features if they click the File. Is there a way to hide the Privacy Options buttons?<o></o>
<o> List of features that I unchecked:</o>
· Display Status Bar<o></o>
· Use Access Special Keys<o></o>
· Display Navigatin Pane<o></o>
· Allow Full Menus<o></o>
· Allow Default Shortcut Menus<o></o>
· Allow Built-in Toolbars
Thank you
